How to Breed the Furcorn and Its Variants

Learn the specific breeding combinations and placement strategies to acquire and optimize the Furcorn and its Rare and Epic variants.

The Furcorn is a small, green monster distinguished by the twig it holds and its “wow-wow-wow” song. As a Double-Element Monster, it combines the properties of both Plant and Cold elements. This unique combination allows it to inhabit multiple islands, and its appearance helps it maintain a steady internal temperature.

How to Breed a Furcorn

The most direct way to breed a Furcorn is by pairing a Potbelly with a Mammott. The breeding process must take place in a Breeding Structure, and once the egg is produced, it is moved to the Nursery for incubation. The standard breeding and incubation periods for a Furcorn take eight hours to complete.

This time can be reduced to six hours if you have an enhanced Breeding Structure or Nursery. Furcorns can be bred and placed on Plant Island and Cold Island. Once you have raised a Furcorn to a higher level, it can also be moved to Gold Island, Tribal Island, and Composer Island. While breeding is the primary method, players also have the option to purchase a Furcorn directly from the Market using Diamonds.

Furcorn’s Likes and Earnings

Placing a Furcorn near specific monsters and decorations will increase its happiness, which boosts its coin production. For a Furcorn to reach 100% happiness, it needs to be placed near four things it likes. These preferences include other monsters such as the Toe Jammer, Thumpies, and Boskus, as well as decorative items like the Eerie Remains or a Leafy Sea Dragon.

A monster’s coin generation rate increases by the same percentage as its happiness level. A Level 1 Furcorn with zero happiness will generate a modest amount of coins, but this figure grows as it levels up and its happiness increases. At level 15 with 100% happiness, a single Furcorn becomes a much more effective earner, contributing a steady stream of income to your total.

Rare and Epic Furcorn Variants

Players can acquire limited-time Rare and Epic variants of the Furcorn during special in-game events. The Rare Furcorn has blue fur and holds a different style of twig. It is bred by combining two triple-element monsters that share the Plant and Cold elements. Its breeding time is longer than that of its common counterpart.

The Epic Furcorn presents an even more distinct appearance, often with a mushroom-themed design and different eyes, and is known to embrace its Cold element side. Breeding an Epic Furcorn requires a specific and often more challenging combination, such as pairing an Entbrat with a Deedge. The breeding and incubation time for an Epic Furcorn is significantly longer, taking 17 hours by default. These variants are sought after by players looking to complete their monster collections.
